Employee Orientation Implementation

All new hire employees (students) scheduled to work greater than 1500 hours annually are required to complete Employee Orientation Certification. The Employee orientation consists of 7 videos and exams. The student's hiring manager or another leader designated by Human Resources will administer the Employee Orientation videos series and associated exams to new hires.
 
This is the proper procedure:

1. The screening and exam area will be a quiet and comfortable setting without distraction.  
2. The videos and exams will be given in the student’s primary language, or if the primary language is not yet published, the material will be given in English, and a translator will be utilized. Translators should never provide answers to the student.
3. The videos will be shown in order, one at a time, and the associated exam will immediately follow.
4. The student must pass all exams with a 100% score. They may not advance unless they have passed the prior exam.
5. Upon completing the 7th part, or “Final” exam, the new hire will receive a certificate of completion. This certificate should be printed and provided to the new employee.
6. A copy of the test results will be sent to HR. HR will email the results to the assigned branch administrator of the service center or region, who will print them and place them in the student's HR file.
